Diagnosis / Findings
- External monitor displayed video normally.
- Internal LCD panel had no image.
- Display cable was partially disconnected near the left hinge.
- No motherboard or storage issues found.
- Memory and SSD passed diagnostic tests.
Resolution / Work Done
- Reseated and secured the LCD display cable.
- Cleaned internal dust.
- Performed hardware diagnostics.
- Updated BIOS to the latest version.
- Stress-tested the laptop for 45 minutes.
- Laptop booted successfully with normal display.
- Client advised to avoid excessive hinge pressure.
